As medical instruments become increasingly precise, particularly in ICU and OR, multiple therapeutic devices operate simultaneously. Relying solely on manual monitoring of these devices is insufficient to meet the demands. To integrate the information flow from diverse medical instruments in a cohesive manner is essential. By streamlining and presenting the operational status, connectivity, and data repositories of these instruments in a more user-friendly and intuitive manner, healthcare professionals can access the diagnostic information and applications they need most. This integrated approach significantly enhances workflow efficiency and productivity.

Utilizing edge computing technology, our innovative AIoT platform collects data from patient sensors at the front end. It learns and executes algorithms designed by doctors, enabling real-time secondary and tertiary value-added computations on clinical data. This process generates enhanced data correlations and facilitates instantaneous inference at the front end based on the learned outcomes. The platform generates alerts, recommendations, and other information, providing healthcare professionals with clinically meaningful AI services that are both efficient and effective.

OCTOREACH is dedicated to the development of clinical information systems. Currently, numerous large-scale healthcare institutions both domestically and internationally have adopted our CIS and integrated it with their HIS and NIS. This integration allows healthcare professionals to manage the diverse and complex patient records, annotate clinical content and events, and consolidate various patient clinical data. By doing so, we enable healthcare professionals to experience a more efficient and digitized environment, enhancing their productivity and effectiveness in delivering patient care.

OCTOREACH's architecture builds from the ground up: bedside medical device integration and clinical information systems feed into a SMART on FHIR-based medical data lake, which connects directly to every AI application and clinical operation center above it. The data lake is the architecture's central hub — device data and clinical records converge here into standardized, exchangeable data assets, giving every downstream AI application complete, real-time data support. Existing CIS applications continue to be developed and folded into this architecture for all customers.

Aggregates data from diverse medical devices into a unified platform, monitoring connectivity and performance, and displaying insights at nursing stations or within the CIS—all with a patient-first focus. Powered by the OCTOLINX IoT platform, it streams critical device data for real-time tracking and automatic record updates during procedures. Data is also uploaded to a secure database, bolstering medical research and providing AI with rich clinical datasets to enhance diagnostic modeling and data analysis.

OCTOFLOW is OCTOREACH's cloud-native medical data exchange and governance platform, converting heterogeneous data from hospital systems (HIS, LIS, PACS, IoT devices) into standardized FHIR format. OCTOBASE provides unified authentication, access governance, and multi-tenant management. Together they form a trusted, standardized data hub for hospitals. The platform supports industry standards like SMART on FHIR and OAuth 2.0, letting in-house AI applications securely access clinical data through standard interfaces.
