Automated Data Capture & Charting



Automatically imports vital signs, lab results, and device data (e.g., from patient monitors, ventilators, and anesthesia machines), generating dynamic trend graphs, data tables, and flowsheets. Supports automatic charting, with a dedicated CPR mode for emergency situations.



Customizable Clinical Forms



Flexible form design that adapts to the needs of different units, supporting text, numeric values, formulas, charts, and photos. Forms can be built and modified easily with no coding required — e.g. anesthesia flowsheets, ICU care bundles, respiratory monitoring forms, or dialysis treatment records.



Patient-Centered Integration



Consolidates patient information, including scoring, preoperative assessment, intraoperative monitoring, postoperative care, and discharge planning, in one place, tracking every field change and user action for a complete audit trail.



Perioperative & Critical Care Tools



The anesthesia module manages scheduling, event entry (induction, intubation), medication tracking, invasive lines, and I/O balance. The ICU module provides a shift-based flowsheet with customizable fields, automatic device-data capture, and current-shift, 7-day I/O and vital-signs trends. Reports generate automatically as documentation is completed, reducing errors and workload.



Security & Compliance



Supports HL7/FHIR standardized data exchange, integrating with HIS, LIS, and PACS to ensure accuracy and privacy of patient data, with IoT integration strengthening post-pandemic risk management.

SETH ANESTHESIA Chart



Surgical Anesthesia Charting System



Covers the patient's complete perioperative journey — from preoperative assessment and intraoperative documentation through PACU recovery and post-discharge follow-up. The system automatically receives data from physiological monitors and plots vital-sign trends in real time, while also supporting event logging and medication management, letting staff quickly flag events such as intubation, transfusion, and induction agents to reduce omissions and errors. From preoperative assessment and intraoperative records to postoperative reports, all data can be compiled into a complete PDF report with a single click.



SETH ICU Special Chart



ICU Charting System



A patient-centered ICU flowsheet that brings together patient-list management, shift navigation, time-based charting, I/O tracking and trends, Lab Data, vital-signs trend charts, and PDF printing. Charting fields can be added or reordered per patient, and data from connected medical devices is captured into a buffer automatically. The I/O Summary panel shows real-time Intake, Output, and Balance, with an hourly current-shift trend and a rolling 7-day cross-day trend settled daily. Lab Data combines routine lab and microbiology results, filterable by the last 7 or 14 days or the current admission, with abnormal values automatically flagged.

Respiratory Therapy Record Form



Automatic ventilator data upload: real-time ventilator data is received via IoT devices and securely imported into the form, reducing manual transcription errors. Real-time bedside care: respiratory therapists can complete documentation directly at the bedside, with data uploaded instantly to the HIS/LIS system. Cross-team collaboration: data is shared in real time so nursing and respiratory therapy teams can quickly understand the patient's respiratory status.

Hemodialysis & Peritoneal Dialysis Record Form



A module purpose-built for renal replacement therapy (RRT), fully covering both hemodialysis (HD) and peritoneal dialysis (PD) workflows. From patient registration and prescription import to pre-, intra-, and post-dialysis assessments, monitoring, medication and transfusion records, patient education, follow-up, and monthly care plans, it is designed around real clinical workflows — turning paper-based dialysis documentation into structured, instantly searchable digital records. Its web-based architecture adapts to each clinic's needs and budget, integrating with HIS/NIS and bedside device data to help dialysis teams improve efficiency and ensure continuity of care and patient safety.
