Scoring system is majorly used in ICU to evaluate the patients¡¦ status and recovering progress. The system collects data from CIS systems and calculates the scores through designated standards. The scores are kept chronically so that the observers can easily understand the progress and make accurate decision.

Major functions:

  1. Providing patients transferring information.
  2. Providing patients diagnosis information.
  3. Automatically integrating Lab data from CIS systems as the source of the scoring procedure.
  4. Accessing the following score history by charting time:
    • GCS (Glasgow Coma Scale)
    • Apache II (Morbidity score)
    • SOFA (Sequential Organ Failure Assessment score)
    • SAPS II (Simplified Acute Physiology Score)
    • TISS 28 (Simplified Therapeutic Intervention Scoring System)
    • POSSUM (Physiologic and Operative Severity Score for the enUmeration of Mortality and Morbidity)
    • EuroSCORE (European System for Cardiac Operative Risk Evaluation)
    • RANSON (Ranson¡¦s Criteria, Determining Prognosis of Acute Pancreatitis)
    • CHILD T. (Child- Pugh classification, severity of liver cirrhosis)
    • ARDS (Acute Respiratory Distress Syndrome)
    • LIS (Lung Injury Score, severity of lung injury in ARDS)
    • KILLIPS (Killip classification, classification system used in individuals with an acute myocardial infarction (heart attack))
